Ideal hotel managed by very friendly people. Overall rooms were brand-new and well decorated and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a private entrance. Need to add that courtyard view was a nice bonus. Location: the venue was very close to Mexico. Cafe Creperia Polanco located 1 mi away was a nice surprise...

the jacuzzi had a strange smell which was a letdown. but the room was super spacious with modern shower glass! food was tasty and delivered quicky which I liked. staff were friendly and accommodating too

I was blown away by how spacious the Beautiful Queen Suite was! The large LG TV and soundbar made for the perfect movie night. Plus, the food delivery was quick, tasty, and the staff was super friendly.

I had a comfy room that was nicely decorated and had central heating. The TV had lots of channels and there was a private entrance, which was cool. The staff was super helpful and really friendly, just how you want it to be. 😊
